The TechGuy4Me consulting computer service begins with a call to review your computer needs and/or problems and obtain a profile of your computer, peripheries, and network.  The more you are able to tell us about your computer and its problem(s), the better we will be able to help you!  This will ensure we arrive with the right solution with us to get you back up and running again!  If you do not have the time for the previsit overview, we will perform it on site.  During the call, we will set up an appointment that is convenient for you! 

Once on site, we will diagnose your machine to identify/confirm the problem, resolve it and answer any questions you may have.
